How to Unlock my Binance TH account

If you disabled your account by yourself and want to unlock it again, please prepare the following documents and reach out to Binance TH Customer Support directly via LiveChat for further assistance:

1. Statement video:

     - Show your face clearly in front of the camera. Hold your ID card and a handwritten note with the following information:

         *Request to unlock Binance TH account XXXXX@XXXXX.com

         *Date of request

     - Read the statement below:

         "Today is DD-MM-YYYY, I submit a request to unlock my Binance TH account XXXXX@XXXXX.com. I confirm that it is my activity."

2. A picture of the ID card along with the statement paper you showed in the video. 

3. Login to your Binance TH account via Binance TH website and reach out to our Customer Support via LiveChat for further assistance. 

    Please click the "unsolved" button below to transfer chat to Customer Support. 

NOTE:

- Do not edit or put watermarks on your video

- Make sure that the information on your ID documents are readable on the video

- If you use selfie mode for video, make sure that there is no "mirror effect", and text information can be read normally

- To protect your assets, your withdrawal will be restricted for 48 hours after proceeding with this action
